Noxx Hand/Animus Sin
What It Is We Stand For:
To better and fully understand what it is that we, the mages of the Noxx Hand, stand for, you must first answer a question for us. Why did you become a mage? Was it power, glory, and or honor that drove you to hone and try to perfect your powers? Was it perhaps that you saw within yourself your true potential and wished to grasp it? Or was it simply that you wished to use it as a means to defend yourself and those around you? Better yet, was there something more?
Here in Animus Sin, we do not care what path in life you have walked upon, the demons you have encountered, nor the sins you have committed. Here, you will be with fellow comrades that want and strive to achieve the same goal as you. Comrades that have walked down similar paths in life as you have. Here in Animus Sin, you will become one with the guild. You will be Animus Sin.
Despite what those around us believe, we consider ourselves to be neutrally dark. Although we are a guild that looks for a way to bring down the current heads of Fiore, we do not wish to bring about a reign of darkness but rather establish a new world order. We seek power, freedom, unity, and control to the best of our abilities. We are a guild that work to obtain our goals without a thought to the means we use to obtain them. Here in Animus Sin, we look for members willing to put in their all to bring back the full glory of the guild and to themselves. Yet, not only do we look for strong members in skill, mind, and or body but those of varying skill sets. To those who wish and seek it, the guild provides training to strengthen themselves and become a force to be reckoned with. We also greatly pride ourselves with the various things we have to offer our members. We do not take our members lightly, but rather work hard to train them and guide them to be the best mage they can be. We work hand in hand with each of our members to better the guild relationship and be a unit as well as family.
Our goals, in more depth, goes as follows:
Freedom and Unity:
We are a guild that defends our inner freedom and our will to do any action deemed just. You have the right to live free, to live your own life, and to make your own choices. Nothing and nobody should tell you what to do, but that does not allow you the right to deny others their freedom. With freedom comes innovation, creativity, and a chance to rise and become better than you currently are. If you join, you have the right to voice your opinion and commit to your actions. You have the right to decide whether you are good or evil. You are free to determine your path in life. You are free to unlock your own potential as you deem fit.
The members of Noxx Hand also look after their own. We don't plan to be a guild that puts down their fellow guild members and we certainly don't clamber at each other for power. We are brothers and sisters. We are like the wolves who hunt, work, and live together in a pack. The streets and allies of Fiore can throw up surprises for the unwary, but as long as you are with us, you are protected. You will be safe and at peace knowing that you've got the members of our guild on your side as you move around on jobs and personal goals. For as far as we're concerned, once you've become an Animus Sin, you're one of us; a brother or sister in our wolf pack.
And wolves never hunt alone…
Power and Control
Everything in life, undeniably, is determined by wealth, power, and prestige. As thus, we are primarily a mercenary guild as well as a revolutionary guild as we strive to try to achieve power without any restraints placed upon you. We will unlock that potential that you have deep within yourself and your magic. Magic is the tool that you use to achieve your goals whether it being power, fame, and or even fortune. We will do all that is possible to achieve your maximum potential and then surpass it. We will never give up on you and work together with you until you become the mage that you aspire to be. Power is not just a means to an end to achieve your goals and potentials. It is much more than what you think. Power is what is needed to make an impact in this world for both the good and evil, but ultimately, power is a sign that you have met your true potential.
Aside from power, we seek to take complete control of Fiore. Does this contradict our want of freedom? No. In no way does it do that, but, rather, it shall grant us the means to establish a new order so that others may experience a similar freedom. As to what this new order shall entail, only those within the guild will know until the day Animus Sin overpowers the Magic Council.

Weapon
gotta reformat for this site
Kitten's
Name: DL44 Heavy Blaster Pistol and Holster Rank: B Type: Heavy Blaster Pistol and Holster Description: Blaster:
Spoiler:
The DL-44 was a powerful, highly modifiable and accurate blaster pistol. It packed a heavy punch compared to other pistols without losing accuracy, which made it a prime choice among many groups and individuals, ranging from smugglers and bounty hunters to military and the Rebellion. Aside from being a powerful and reliable sidearm, the weapon had other attractive features such as a vibration system built into the hand grip that pulsed gently to alert the user that the weapon had only five shots left, and the ability to charge a bolt twice as powerful into a capacitor without damaging the sidearm. Like most handguns, its gear typically included a motion-sensitive scope and galven circuitry that allowed the pistol to deal more damage with a normal energy drain and fire rate. Description credit goes to star wars wiki Holster:
Spoiler:
The holster is a bonus that comes with the DL44. Not only does it make transporting the weapon easier, but it also contains a tool belt to transport several small items.
Strengths: - Range can go as far as 50 meters to 75 meters, max. - Holster easily carries the DL44 along with several small items in the tool belt. - The weapon has a thumb scanner. Those who are not authorized to use it, can't use it. - Accuracy. In the right hands, Kitten's and those she has trained, the shots fired are extremely accurate and hits every single target pointed perfectly.
Weaknesses: - Weapon capacity is 50. After 50 shots are fired, the weapon needs to be reloaded. - The mage would need to wear pants so that the holster does not get in their way. - The weapon is quite heavy so it may weigh down those that carry it. - Not easily concealed due to its size

I am sorry but this app is going to need an entire redux cause
Reasons: 1)Race Power-scaling 2)App format 3)Over-powered perks 4)Too many perks
Please refer to the links below: Link
Link -It may also help to look at other approved for ideas-
»Age: Appears 21; Actually age around 2 centuries.
»Gender: Female
»Birthday: September 21st
»Rank: Lieutenant
»Division: 2nd
»Personality: Celeste Abigail Pym is an emotionally strong woman; a woman born to battle. As her forefathers before her, she excels in the art of soldiering and covert operations and also knows her way around military operations. When in the field, she is not afraid to look upon death for she rather enjoys the pounding of her heart and the rush of adrenaline that courses through her veins. Celeste is not only that but also a capable leader as well. She is a woman of vision thus earning the very title. Celeste is a woman who fights until the end, even if the fight is not entirely in her favor. Even so, and as much as it pains her, she is smart enough to know when to retreat. Yet despite having this option, she has never used it at all nor does she wish to use it any time soon. On the occasion she would though, she would never see it as surrender but rather tactical retreat for a reevaluation of the opponents. After all, one must know their opponent and reform a way to fight them if they were underestimated at first. Therefore, as stated above, it is not surprise Celeste was bred a soldier through and through. Nor a surprise that she enjoys fighting for the codes she has lived under -justice and honor. Celeste is of quick of mind and speech, able to lie and maneuver her way through nearly anything as her appearance can be used to throw people off course. As such, she can almost always manage to find a way out of situations or into them if she so wishes. Her calm and collected nature are quite indeed useful for covert operations as she almost never raises suspicions. After all, who would guess a woman of delicate appearance could possess the ability to take care of herself and know the ways of a soldier? Due to this, it is certainly not surprising that Celeste is a secretive woman.
Vision controls her emotions, sealing them deep within her heart. At times she is troubled, she results in a change of attitude and mood,. Despite this, she is quick to return to normal. Celeste dislikes being a burden to anyone so she may oftentimes conceal her feelings although she will gladly help out others. When incredibly upset, the soldier has the tendency of becoming ill tempered and sometimes, although rarely, violent (never to another person.) During calm days, she enjoy reading a good book by the fireplace or simply meditate. Celeste enjoys spending her time outdoors. This has made her become a rather independent woman, but she enjoys working and spending time with people nonetheless. She can be deathly loyal to a fault. That said, she is one to rush back into the line of fire to rescue and or help out teammate. She is is one to plan before acting and think before speaking in order to keep herself out of trouble. She isn't one to quickly trust, yet she isn't afraid to work with strangers to reach and complete her goals. Celeste tries to keep herself on her toes so that she isn't taken by surprise. If someone does earn her trust, then they will find her an invaluable asset. Celeste isn't one to back down. She fights until the end. This is due to her pride. It is then safe to say she is a competitive woman. She finds it hard to ask for help, but if she ever does, it means she respects the person greatly. When Celeste gives her word, she honors it no matter the consequences it may bring. It is, after all, what she got herself into and it is her duty to keep it. Reputation, for her, is what matters most. More than life itself for it marks the person forever, even after death. Celeste is a warm hearted person although she isn't one who shows it. She cares about people and will help them whenever she can. She is of curious nature, forever seeking answers to unanswered questions
»Likes: + Her Position: Abigail is a woman who believes power. Therefore, being a Lieutenant is a position she holds dear. She believes that there is where she can make a difference and will not simply step aside from it.
+ Reading: Abigail is a woman who enjoys and loves to read. She is a seeker of knowledge and long lost mysteries. As she is a bookworm, she can oftentimes be found within a library surrounded by piles of books.
+ Discipline: Abigail is a woman who not only follows a code of honor and justice, but also the road of discipline. She is a soldier and thus believes that in order for someone to achieve their goals, discipline must be learned and executed.
»Dislikes: - Laziness: Abigail is someone who does not tolerate laziness when there are things to do. After all, what is laziness but a set back in the road to greatness?
- Alpha Males: In a world where power is a measurement of strength and influence, Alpha males are big in the political arena. They tend to frown upon women holding a position of power, only seeing them as objects to be displayed. This is one of her greatest pet peeves as she believes in the equality of both genders.
- Being Questioned: Having given orders, she dislikes being questioned. This is more so when it is just someone trying to make her feel incapable. Even so, she is of open mind and will listen to what the person has in mind. If they waste time, they shall be dealt with accordingly.

The Beginning of Everything:
]
"The end of the beginning..."
It was nearing twilight on the day of the 21st of September when cries of an infant could be heard echoing throughout the hall of a luxurious home. It was a house that belonged to none other than to Rogers and Jacqueline Pym -the couple both belonging to well respected families. As story would have it, the couple were one of the great pillars of the well respected Pym family; a wealthy family holding and producing a wide and strong lineage of well trained soldiers for the many generations to come. As such, it was no surprise that the powerful family would have a tradition that would ensure the continuation of the great military family. After all, it was the pride of the large family to fight bravely in wars and obtain multitudes of medals for victories upon battlefield. As the tradition would have it, the first born within each of the families within the Pym household were to enter the military as to expand the generation of bred soldiers within the family. Consequently, the infant born on that very day of September 21st would be the first of the two children Jacqueline and Rodgers would ever have. Yet, much to the parent's surprise and dismay, the infant was born a girl. As evidently portrayed, now, Jacqueline and Rogers Pym had a problem. For the first time in the history of the Pym lineage, the baby, the first born to the family, was a girl. The gender would not have mattered much if it had been a different family, but, within that very household, it was seen as a disgrace. After all, the heads of the great family could only see a woman as figments of beautiful displays in which to decorate the household and do her husband's bidding. They could never about to anything more. For them, a woman should never been seen doing a man's job as it was not their place to do so. They were to take care of the household and sit prettily for, if they were seeing doing things not 'proper,' their ranks would be lowered to nothing more but a mere pauper.
Not knowing what to do, the parents kept the infant hidden from the rest of the family. When asked about the delivery, it was claimed that their baby had sadly died upon childbirth. The tears shed by both parents upon telling the tale were not a farce, although they were shed for different reasons. The other families under the Pym name were not so easily swayed as to the story. After all, each child born under that very household were born healthy and strong. It was the way things were. Still, Rodger and Jacqueline could not be swayed from their tale. They furthered it by saying that there had been complications during labor and the child had not made it. Hearing what they needed to hear, the household moved on yet the parents were at a loss. How would they explain a female baby growing up in their part of the main house. With not much of a plan at hand, Rodgers Pym decided to leave the main house and moved to a city far from it where he and his wife could raise their daughter without interference of the main families and or of the other pillars.
Being raised far from the main house, the infant was able to enjoy the freedom that those who grew up inside of the household could not. True to the generations of Pym's, the baby was born a strong and healthy child. She was intelligent for, as upon learning to walk, she was quick to capture the basics of human capabilities for a toddler. Months passed by and the infant mysteriously remained unnamed. It wasn't until her first year that she was gifted a name, Celeste, after the heavenly sky blue and Abigail, after the pride she had given her father when she first learned to walk. As she grew up, Celeste was never captivated by fairy tails. In her mind, she could never be a princess, but a brave knight in search for adventure, honor, ad justice. Therefore it was no surprise that she would instead focus solely upon the knights in shining armor and warriors that bravely rescued kingdoms and damsels in distress dreaming that she herself was one. Once attending school or simply 'playing around,' the young girl, despite being of lesser strength than most, almost always seemed to get into fights. Particularly into fights with people much older than she. To her, it was all a game even if she ended up in the nurse's and or principle's office frequently. It took her parents a few years to finally acknowledge that their daughter held the drive of a soldier. That, even if they wished to protect her from the battle field and shield her from the family name and, with it, the tradition, there was no stopping the young girl's spark for the battle. It was then that her father took it upon himself to teach the young girl his trade.
Rodger Pym taught her the trade of the soldier despite his wife's protest. She conceded once Rodger had promised he would do anything he could to disway his daughter from perusing her current career choice. From hand to hand combat, which she wasn't much good at, to intelligence and counter intelligence, he taught her all. She was quick and eager to capture everything that Celeste's father began making the trainings harder and harder as hey went on so she would give up. Still, Celeste fought back strong staying up late to practice and study the art.
As soon as she was able to, Celeste registered into the military despite her immediate family's protests to wait a bit longer to train. Stubborn as she was, she could not be swayed from her decision. She entered the military as a private under the name of Hank Pym, supposed son of Rodger and Jacqueline Pym. As to why she had gone under the pretense of a man was that, although women were now permitted to enter the military, they were not given the same privileges as the males were given. Celeste was quick to raise in rank and earned the respect from her comrades. It seemed a promising future for the young soldier if not for the fateful night of October 13th.
It had been a hot, sunny day on the battlefield and everyone was on edge. The men were hesitant to proceed further and therefore arranged for a scouting expedition at sundown. Celeste and three other soldiers volunteered on the possible suicide mission, but, even if they wished to, they could not back out from it. Once the sun had gone down, the men ventured deep into the forest. They proceeded with caution, wary of their surroundings. The tension was high as they trudged on the mucky ground when something caught their attention. Afraid, one of the soldiers fired his weapon, compromising the entire mission. Angry, Celeste turned to give the soldier a deathly glare. She had just put her hand atop the rifle when a shot was heard echoing through the thick forest. Almost immediately, the third soldier fell with a thud besides the arguing two. The first had fallen. The following seconds moved slowly as if in a blur as Celeste moved into action. The second shot was heard and a body feel forward. The second had been hit on the shoulder. She rushed to pick him up and take him to safety despite the protest that his shoulder hurt. Having dragged him meters away, she aided him and treated his soldier before going off again to scout the area. It was a while before she came back and made her way towards her wounded comrade. When she arrived at the place, he was nowhere in sight. She was just about to leave when a pistol was placed behind her head. "Thanks, Hank. Pleasure knowing ya. " was all she heard before darkness consumed her. It was then, that Celeste died. By enemy fire? Perhaps. By the weapon of her supposed ally? Maybe. Even so and according to the military, Celeste had died as an acceptable casualty during a scouting expedition while the traitor, and her murderer, was labeled a war hero to the cause.
" The beginning of the end..."
Celeste awoke in an unknown place. The light placed above her burned her sensitive eyes and the soft minty scent that filled the room seemed to cause her to choke. As she stirred, the light was immediately moved and a soothing voice called to her. "What is your name?" The gentle voice asked. Yet all the soldier could do was shift her eyes blankly towards where the voice originated. She wished to speak yet her lips were to heavy to move. Celeste blinked repeatedly at the man as it was all she could do. The man smiled and brought a substance to her lips. Celeste refused to at first, but, as she felt the drizzle of water fall upon her dry lips, she immediately opened her mouth and let the downpour of water quench her throat. The man left her side and exited the room, leaving the soldier alone to reflect on what had happened. Several weeks had passed and the throbbing of her head seemed to disappear and she tried to remember her past. Little by little, she began to remember everything of who she was or had been long ago and lost. When she told of her tale to her host, now trusted friend, he grinned and spoke of an academy. An academy that would train her and hone her skills than she had ever though possible. He offered to take her there in exchange of a favor he could call upon to redeem whenever he wished. To this, Celeste agreed although she waited a few years to enter.
When Celeste entered the academy, she held it in hopes to extend her prior training. Unlike the period time she had had spent in the land of the living, she experienced the sense of appreciation and duty for her work and efforts to strive. Still, there were many who tried to clip her wings as they believed that, as she was a girl, she would not be able to accomplish much. Even despite the very notion they tried to instill upon her, Celeste fought back thus delving upon her books and training until she no longer could. Through her hard work and unbreaking spirit, she graduated and, after a long while, was able to achieve the rank of third chair within the Second Division. Celeste worked hard to bring honor and justice upon her Division, always striving to achieve and further the goals she had put upon herself. It was not long until there came a day where her world shattered, even if briefly. The day everything changed, leaving her to doubt herself for the first time in decades.
It had been like any other day when the Captain of the Second Division asked her and the Second Seat to partake on a mission with him. He claimed it was a dangerous mission and, if they didn't feel capable, they should not go. After all, it would lead to severe consequences if they were to hesitate in the midsts of battle. Having had this challenge presented to her, Celeste could not refuse. She readily agreed and off the three went to accept whatever outcome Destiny had in store for them. They were to track and find a Vasto Lorde, killing it when the chance arose. They spent a long time searching for the Lorde, their spirits never ceasing. Even despite the odds, they continued onwards until their hard work paid of. After having tracked it down, the group fought the Vasto Lorde although they made a grave mistake, they underestimated it. The three fought long and hard, but upon reaching the highlight of the battle, the Captain took a fatal blow with a Cero. It sent the Second-In-Command over the edge as he tapped into the Bankai and attempted to kill the Lorde. Celeste, injured, tried to get the Captain to safety, but it was not to be. If the Second-In-Command had not taken the decision to retreat, death would have claimed them all. The Captain died in the arms of the Kazangan, their now Captain. It was a day of mourning for all, but, for Celeste, it was a call to action to do anything in her power to enhance her skills so she could be worthy to protect the Captain and Division as their new Lieutenant.

Under the Full Moon 2.0:
A blonde haired woman walked silently under the blanket of stars that clothed the dark sapphire night. It was nearing midnight, but there, there the the city she now walked upon, the day had only just begun. The island was lively and alive despite the fact that the sun had long past since set. The joys of the people still continued under the presence of the colorful lights that decorated the place and their chatters could surprisingly be distinguished above the blasts of music heard all across the city. The woman continued to move gracefully and fluidly through the well lit streets of the famous Arkane Resorts; her manner and demeanor attracting many glances from the inhabitants within. Yet the blonde spared them not a glance for they were not at all part of the goal that she was heading on towards. Instead, her icey blue eyes were focused upon her destination that lay not long away from her current position. The young woman licked her lips. The Arkane Resort was an island dedicated to many and any sort of entertainment. More specifically though, it was the type of fun that was oh so delicately covered in splashes of sin. The woman quickened her pace, making her way through the multitudes of people and ignoring the attempting calls for fun that arose. It was not at all the reason she had come and so the woman walked onwards. It was then, as if the heaven themselves had opened, that in a blink of the eye, a shooting star streaked across the sky illuminating it for few mere moments. The woman stopped on her tracks and watched silently upon on of the nature's wonder. Perhaps this was a good omen? She stood still for many moments before continuing to walk. Currently, she had one thing in mind and one thing only, to make it to the Full Moon Casino.
Vision had heard it was a casino that stood out above all others. Its clientel rich and powerful with a grand appetite for ultimate control. It was the kind of people she needed to fund the guild; her guild, Noxx Hand. It was not before she reached the majestic place. If the Resort had it's own central, the Full Moon Casino was it. People walked in and out like ants in the search for food across the golden, marbled floors. The statuary and pillars rose high above the ground as if emphasizing that it was it. The woman smiled amusedly to herself as she gazed upon the Casino's splendor. Humans really did have their way to splurge their money about. She decided to enter and further access the structure within. Vision stepped foot upon its pearily white floors and made her way inside the beauitul casino causing, as before, most if not all the male population within to place their eyes upon her. The mage paid no mind, instead raising an eyebrow in acknowledgement to those within. As the woman walked, the blonde's green dress flowed with her movements adding much elegance and grace to it. Her hair was as blonde as the sandy beach, falling in waves past her slim shoulders. Her crystal blue eyes lit in amusement and her smile turned to that of a devious smirk as she made her way towards the poker game. The game was always interesting to see. And, if she was feeling that luck was on her side, she might play a game or two. For now though, she would just stay and watch, picking out any technique that the players played. After all, it wasn't in the cards that made the winner, but how one dealt them.
Unbeknownst to her, no sooner had she stepped foot into the casino did someone start to trail her. Yet, as she walked, the feeling of being perused washed over her. Still, Vision paid it no mind, instead stationing herself besides the poker table to watch the game. If the stranger following her wished evil intent upon her, he or she wouldn't do it in a casino. Too many eyes to watch. A few short moments later, she felt a warm, soft touch against her bare shoulders. "Hello, I just saw you entering." A man's voiced said in an attempt to be flirtatious. "A gorgeous woman should have a gorgeous company," Upon hearing the man's words, Celeste turned. Her face held much curiosity and her eyes twinkled with mild amusement. Wasn't he the charmer? "Gorgeous?" She asked with a raise of an eyebrow and a devious smirk. "My, you certainly do flatter a person such as myself." Yet before the man could utter a word, it was then that Darius, her fellow ally and guildmember, appeared out of the blue. "You should not touch what you cannot afford." Her ally said calmly as he stood between her and the stranger. Darius, she had forgotten the man had been following her as a personal bodyguard and consultant. Still, she was surprised he had made the appearance. After all, he hated places such as these.
The shadow mage shifted her eyes towards Darius, amusement now clearly shown upon her face. The scholar playing hero. She couldn't help but feel a sliver of admiration towards the mage for standing up and showing his loyalty towards her... but... "Why, Mr. Darius." she said with a hint of jest. "Afford? What a rather interesting use of the word." Natalia gave a light laugh. So many possibilities and meaning they held -the words. It was the beauty of them. One, if they knew how, could play with words in order to gain whatever it was they wish. All without a problem. "Although... My head does hold great value, but that is a different story..." It had been all in good humor and fun until a blue haired man appeared from the.. blue. "I swear that if you touch someone from my guild... I will kill you..." The blue haired man said with a smile, but his meaning quite clear. Without a moment of hesitation, Natalia moved in front of Darius, giving the newcomer a hard, warning glare. Her eyes never shifting from his cold ones nor did she show any means of hesitation. Vision was not one to cause trouble, but she was definitely one to end it. "Then we are on the same page." she replied coolly, in a sort of stand off to the stranger. Celeste may be a woman, but she was definately not a damsel in distress.
Tension seemed to rise until she shifted her eyes around the casino, taking in the stares and murmers of the various clientel. She wished not to cause a scene, at least not inside the casino, or it would destroy her mission completely. With eyes still in a deadly glare, Vision softened her posture slightly and forced a smile. "Gentleman, I advise moving this outside if you wish to continue. If not, then, why, allow me to buy you some drinks." She gave a nonchalant wave of her hand as if in dismissal. "I have heard the margaritas here are certainly to die for." Without further ado, she gave a simple nod to Darius and moved from her place. If the males wished to follow, they had opportunity. If not, then, they would be at a loss of a powerful ally. After all, Noxx Hand was indeed the most powerful of guilds within the realm of Fiore. Even if they knew not of it's existence. The woman smiled darkly to herself. Every story had a protagonist and she was it.

Having spent the entire afternoon cooped up inside of the grand library at the outskirts of town, Isabelle was feeling a tad spent. It had been a few days since she had made her way towards the town of Magnolia yet the search for the fabled blade was no where near compled. She had gone through most of the books regarding the various myths surrounding it as well as documentaries, but she had taken nothing concrete. Still, Remix had acquired tidbits of information on the sword's last unconfirmed location which meant she would eventually wrap up her stay and head over to the port of Hargeon. Nevertheless, the Neko had decided to stay for a few more weeks to enjoy the scenery. After all, things done much too fast almost always seemed to have things gone wrong and or overlooked. With a sigh and an adjustment to her golden headpiece, Remix continued to wander through the city although, now, her pace had slowed.
As the neko continued to move onwards, she could not help but gaze at her surroundings with a soft smile. The night sky was a dark sapphire blue and the clouds etched across it were as black as the ebony stones she often held admiration to. The gentle winds blew as the moon shone down, giving the city a comforting hue. Closing her eyes briefly, Isabelle inhaled scent of the breeze passing by, enjoying the nature feel to it. It wasn't long before the Neko began to feel drained. Glancing around the town, her eyes wandered until they landed on a small tavern a block away from her position.
A tavern was not a usual choice for the young Neko to acquire a morsel of food and drink, but it was as good as any. An order of milk and a table to sit for a bit was all she needed before going on her merry way. Her hand felt her pocket; she had enough. With her mind made up, the young woman made her way inside the place. Stepping within the small building, the interior was a bit of a surprise. The tavern was a nice place contrary to her initial expectation; a run down place. Her eyes scanned the room, observing the clientele within. There were not many people inside yet, they all seemed to occupy a corner of the place. Further observation made her conclude that it was to avoid the lone man drinking alone. With a tilt of her head and an amused smile, she headed towards the man's table. "Anyone sitting here?" she asked the stranger with a small smile, gesturing towards the empty chair on his right. As to if she had heard his earlier words, she did not make it known. Instead, Remix waited for his response all the while feeling the heavy stares of the clientele. She turned her head a bit before ignoring it, instead putting her mind on something else. "I do hope I'm not interrupting anything." With that, she remained silent. What would he respond?
At her inquiry, the man turned his eyes towards her in acknowledgement and answered it with, "It will be if you sit.. So hmmm, No but Yes, Get What I'm saying?" As to if those were the exact words he wished to say, she didn't question it. Still, an amused smile began to creep across the neko's face as her eyes twinkled in humor. He was an interesting fellow.
Just before Remix could take the initiative to sit, the man gave a slight cough. "...Forget I said that, Just take a seat.." With that and without a second thought, Remix took a seat besides him and made herself comfortable. "The name's... Louie, just in case you wanted to know.." He said, giving her a glimpse. "Louie.." Remix echoed in a murmur, engraving the name into her mind. It was the first time she had ever heard a name like it. "It's an interesting name," Remix said as she sat back in her chair, her greyish eyes focused on the man. "The name's Remix. A pleasure to meet you." And so it was.
Studying the man and his surroundings, Louie seemed to be a man of tough character and build, but, even if they had just met moments prior, there was a certain charm to him. "I take it that you're not from around here?" It was a simple question, but one Remix was curious to hear. After all, a destination could tell a lot about a person. She awaited his response.
Having occupied the chair besides him, Remix caught Louie's words directed towards the rest of the clients. "I pity those fools.." Remix turned to look at the corner where the rest of the clientele sat. She said nothing for what was there to reply? Nevertheless, she observed the atmosphere. It held a certain heaviness to it, reminding her of the time in Reim whenever a soldier from Helio appeared. As the words were exchanged, it seemed as when she mentioned her name, something clicked in her companion's mind. Having referred to herself as Remix, Louie proceeded into mimicking his hands to that of a DJ at a turntable. He smiled as he began to move his fingers against the table. "Wakakaakak Wakka Waka Swish swish waka" He said, mimicking the sounds of a scratching CD. "Like that kinda' remix?" Remix's eyes glistened in playful jest. "Yes, exactly like that kind of remix." Sure it was an unusually name, but it held much significance to her. One she would not disclose anytime soon. "Haha, I like that name very entertaining." Remix's lips raised a bit to that of a smile. She wouldn't say it was a nickname. Although, it was much her name than her given name. Remix shrugged off her thoughts. No use into going into forbidden territory.
As to whether he was a residence of the place, it was confirmed that he was not. "Yeah not one bit..." He said. "Just trynna' go where ever that train takes me lookin' for guilds." Guilds, huh. "Hey do yah' know of any guilds? I don't know much of them. Trying to make the best choice, to get the good pocket change, make a name for myself..." There seemed to be a pause in his words. "So those fools in the back.. know they have nothing to fear..." Remix laid back on her chair once more, her face nonchalant. "I knew of them once upon a time..." The neko replied although she unsure of how to proceed. Heck, she had even been Guildmaster of Blue Pegasus many times over, but, like anything she did now, it had been all in a different word. A soldier displaced in time. "Although, why join a guild? After all, a guild doesn't prove one's worth." Her gaze moved to glimpse at the clients. His words echoed through her mind. So they have nothing to be afraid of, hm... "They're not worth it," She said at last. "People like that don't have your back. It's all superficial..." Remix then turned to look fully at Louie. "I admire your commitment although I believe guildless would be the best option. Nothing and no one to tie you down." Her hand gestured to nowhere in particular. "As guildless, you decide the road you take and path to follow; your fate. Guilds are simply for show and, if you do make it far in the guild, it is not simply your name they will chant nor your praises they will sing." Remix signaled the waiter over. "If anything, it is the guild you choose to join that will be remembered and dubbed the reason you made it far in life." With that, she remained quiet. It was a truth, but, even so... "But, if your mind and soul is set on a guild, speak with not only it's members. Speak also to it's higher officials to see if their views and or opinions differ." It was then that the waitress appeared. She was trembling as she stood in near proximity to the table. "I'll take a vanilla black tea." Remix said as she waved the waitress away.
As their conversation continued, it was not a surprise when Louie asked her of her reason for being there. "You don't seem to be afraid of me Remix... Why's that?" He asked her. It was an intriguing question and an important one at that. After all, no one else had approached him for they were busy cowering in fear. To this, Remix titled her head slightly. "Is there a reason for me to be afraid?" She asked as curiosity seeped into her words and tone. Remix began to carefully take off her headpiece and placed it before her on the table. "There are many who are different. Yet, that does not mean they should be shunned nor that we should be afraid of them. Not unless they give us a reason to be." She knew all to well the horrors and cruelty the world had to offer. Heck, even her ears and tail had been considered a deformity once causing people to run away from her as if she were a contagious disease. Past, present, and future were all much the same although there were still people who were accepting of others. Still, one had to be careful although, now, she was more open about her ears and tail. It was in the middle of her thoughts that her tea arrived. The tea loving Neko took a sip of liquid, enjoying its taste. "How long are you staying here?" She asked him. Perhaps they could meet again?
Her words said, it did not take long for Louie to reply. "I was never good at choosing one option out of multiple choices in a wide space.. This world... Fiore.. is never endless. You kinda made me see.." Louie said with a clench of his fist. This world? Fiore? If those words were used in the same sentence, then it could only mean he was of a completely different world... right? Could it mean he was a dimension traveler as well? That or that he came from another kingdom within the world of Earthland? Remix pondered it for a while. It was not impossible but, what were the chances in that? Slim, and she knew it. Regardless, Remix held her tongue. Then again, what did he mean by her making him see? "Agreed," Remix replied shortly after. Her thoughts brushed aside. Although, it's beautiful once you've gotten to know it. Hence, why I travel." Louie continued his speech, "My name will be brought to the Exis.. I will travel town after town till I find out what I'm looking for.. In the meantime I'll consider what you said Remix." Remix gave a firm nod. It was good to look at the various options. If she opened a whole new doorway for him, then it was a good thing.
She ordered her tea and, to her surprise, her new acquaintance ordered one as well. Especially a cold one at that. "What happened to the booze?" She joked, taking a sip as their order arrived. Then, in a less playful manner, she added in. "How are you liking your tea?" She watched as he pressed his lips against the mug, inhaling the vanilla scent. She watched in complete fascination as smoke began to waft from his drink. Not only was he a traveler, but he was a mage as well. "Any particular kind of fire?" She inquired curiously. Ironic, as she had been a water slayer mage a past life ago. As their conversation continued, he answered her following question with a, "Not to long... Cant stay put for to long, I'll get cramped up.. A week more probably." Remix frowned. And she had enjoyed his company only to loose it after the two drifted to their own separate ways. Still, she understood that completely. "Remix..." There was a pause to his words and her ear's immediately perked up. "You think, we'll probably meet again?"
As his words concluded, the fire mage glimpsed down at his tea as he awaited her reply. Remix frowned slightly as she began to mix her tea. "After this week, it all depends..." She said at last. "Depends on what you're looking for and where you're going." Sure they both had missions and, as such, it all depended on their next encounter. But... "I'm not staying here long as well. Been trying to find the whereabouts of a dagger." She leaned forward against the table, her voice lowered. "Even in a world of magic, there are things unimaginable even to the most powerful of mages. Worlds undiscovered, legendary objects forgotten, surges of powerful magic unforseen..." Remix raised an eyebrow as she leaned back against her chair. Raising the cup of tea to her lips, she would conude her speech. She had a proposition. "I could help you in your quest, although I would require your help on mine in turn." It was a spur of the moment decision, but she would enjoy the company if he accepted it. "And, perhaps, I could open your eyes once more to the world we occupy and live in. If you so wish it." Would he think her insane? Would he question her and her proposition to see if there was an ulterior motive? Would he accept? So many questions, but she would have to wait for an answer.
