Apparently the staff feel no need to keep me anymore. I'm glad they talked with me before hand before dropping me, I would have been great to know what I needed to do, but alright.

You ostracize all of staff, yet do not clearly understand how it works. We, as staff, work for the site and do as we are told. Instead of making it look as if we all have a problem with you, perhaps you should do the adult thing and talk to the person you have a problem with.
