These are the effect of elements for the weapons you create with your Weapons Trait.
D Ranked Weapons
Fire-Singe's hair in the area hit or leaves a red mark on skin.
Ice- Leaves a cooling feeling to the struck area.
Water- Dampens the area struck.
Lightning-Leaves a small tingle.
Darkness- A shadowy tint covers the weapon but is still visible.
Light- Emits a dim light from the weapon
Earth/Metal- Gives the Weapon a bonus of 1/2 D endurance.
Poison-Leaves the area struck itching for 1 post.
Nature/Plant- Heals 1/2 D rank damage once per thread.
Wind- A soothing breeze comes from the weapon.
C Ranked Weapons
Fire-Leaves the area struck with a 1st degree burn.
Ice-Leaves the area struck with a chilling feeling.
Water-Leaves the area struck wet.
Lightning-Leaves a 1st degree arcane burn.
Darkness- A small cloak of darkness forms around the weapon, but is still able to be seen.
Light- A light emits from the weapon making it harder to look at for long periods of time.
Earth/Metal- Increase endurance of weapon by 1 D rank of damage.
Poison- Leaves the area struck with a burning feeling
Nature/Plant- Heals 1 D rank worth of damage per thread.
Wind-A breeze strong enough to move hair and clothing comes from the weapon.
B Ranked Weapons
Fire-Leaves the area struck with a 2nd degree burn.
Ice-Leaves the area struck with a numbing leaving a C ranked strength debuff.
Water-Leaves the area struck soaked increasing the depth of the slash/piercing by a 1/2 inch.
Lightning-Leaves a 2nd degree arcane burn or applies a C ranked speed debuff.
Darkness- A cloak of darkness forms around the weapon, but is still mostly able to be seen.
Light- A broght light emits from the weapon making it harder see the size of the weapon.
Earth/Metal- Increase endurance of weapon by 1 C rank of damage.
Poison- Leaves the target struck with a 1 post blindness.
Nature/Plant- Heals 1 C rank worth of damage per thread.
Wind-A gust of wind comes from the weapon allowing the user to block 1 C ranked or below spell.
A Ranked Weapons
Fire-Leaves the area struck with a 3rd degree burn.
Ice-Leaves the area struck with frostbite preventing that limb from moving for 2 post.
Water-Leaves the area struck soaked and adds 1 inch to slashing/piercing. Also a D ranked speed debuff.
Lightning-Leaves a 3rd degree Arcane Burn or preventing that limb from moving for 2 post.
Darkness- A large cloak of darkness forms around the weapon, making it hard to tell the size and type of weapon used
Light- An almost blinding light emits from the weapon making it harder to look at the weapon to determine what type of weapon it is and the size of it.
Earth/Metal- Increase endurance of weapon by 1 B rank of damage.
Poison- Leaves the target struck with 2 post C rank defuff. [Pick and state which when used. ]
Nature/Plant- Heals 1 B rank worth of damage per thread.
Wind-Storm like winds can be called forth from the weapon to redirect 1 B rank or lower spells in any direction once a thread.
S Ranked Weapons
Fire-Leaves the area around the struck area with a 4th degree burn.
Ice-Leaves the area around the struck area to become frozen in ice.
Water-Leaves the area around the struck area drenched.
Lightning- Leaves the area around the struck area with 4th degree Arcane burns or stun the target for 1 post.
Darkness- A cloak of darkness forms around the weapon, allowing the whole weapon to be hidden.
Light- A blinding light emits from the weapon making nearly impossible to see the weapon.
Earth/Metal- Increase endurance of weapon by 1 A rank of damage.
Poison- Leaves the target struck with 1 C rank speed debuff and 1 C rank strength debuff.
Nature/Plant- Heals 1 A rank worth of damage per thread.
Wind-Hurricane like wind come from the blade allowing a shield to block 2 B rank or lower attacks once per thread.
For Lightning you must pick one path and stick with it. With Nature the weapon emits an green aura which consumes your body and heals you. Fire and Lightning weapons dealing burn damage deal damage at rank, but are treated as spells when calculating elemental effectiveness, unlike other weapons. This means that they are used in the element chart seen in the Spell Creation section.
