Reward: 2000 EXP & 5000J Details: Mr. Biggs is having trouble exhorting a resturant order, so he needs a thug to go and handle the man. Beat the owner of the resturant and collect Mr. Biggs money. You can not kill the man. If you break anything you will have to pay for it (100 jewels decucted per item). The owner is a C rank mage using Ice Make Static Magic. He has the mp and hp of a C Rank Mage as well.
