What to do What to do! [open]

Refreshed from his train ride to town Nathaniel walked into Magnolia admiring the sound of the city. There was such a stark difference from Magnolia to Oak, here life was vibrant instead of in hiding. As he wandered aimlessly through the city a scent caught his nose's desire. It smelled like seafood but the actual fish was unfamiliar to Nathaniel. He wandered through the city square following the scent no one in particular seemed to notice him as moved through the city. His guild tattoo wasn't visible which was important to not be attacked while in light guild cities. The ocean breeze was refreshing while he continued walking. Finally he made it to what looked like the restaurant it had a big sign on the outside that said 8-Island Magnolia. Nathaniel entered and waited to be seated the restaurant seemed very busy, that was when Nathaniel saw what made this food smell great. All of the staff were magic users, some of them seemed to be quite strong.

”Hello may I have a table for 1, or even sitting at the bar would be fine” Nathaniel showed some decorum mostly because the host wasn’t bad on the eyes. There was something about short hair that Nathaniel found most attractive in a female he would have to ask for this host’s number later. After being given a seat at the bar Nathaniel browsed over the menu wondering what he would eat he was partial to the seafood he smelled earlier. However, they had curry one of his favorites and he was interested to see how its flavor would compare to the other curries he had in his travels. He would continue to think on his food choice while ordering himself a mojito. It was now that Nathaniel would look around to see if anyone was watching him.

Marik Anderson. A fairy tail mage was looking for something to do. When hungry, there is only one correct answer to a problem like his.
After walking out of his big home, also known as the Fairy Tail guild, Marik started his way to a nice restaurant he had heard about near his home. The blonde mage kept walking, admiring the sky and the birds. He had always loved winged animals, flying creatures, strong enough to carry their own body all around the world, to travel, and see each little detail of the world they live in... Marik's dream.

Marik got lost in his own ideas, he had passed the place already and didn't know where he was. He turned around trying to find a good-looking man, just to ask if they knew the location of the place. A man who Marik would like to call "diferent" passed next to him. A long white-haired man. When the young mage tried to ask him about the place, he just passed by, like if the stranger wasn't paying any attention at him. Marik took a deep breath and whispered to himself "That was kinda rude... I guess I'll never find that place" Tired and sad, the blonde kid asked to another stranger about the place, and old man who answered him with a big smile.
After thanking the man for his kindness, Marik went back and found the restaurant. It had a big sign outside with the words "8-Island Magnolia" that was the correct one. Marik walked in and stopped to admire the place. He looked around to enjoy the restaurant. A nice man in a suit went near the blonde man offering a table. He smiled and asked for a table for two, just to feel like if he was actually waiting for someone. When he sat down he noticed a familiar face, the white-haired stranger who had been rude to him  before was sitting in the bar of the restaurant where Marik was expecting to enjoy his meal. But he couldn't start, he wasn't even able to check the menu, having in his mind that that man didn't even notice him before.
He stared at him for a while, waiting for him to notice him, with a flaming look, Marik tried to get the man's attention.

There didn’t seem to be a big rush of customers, Nathaniel ordered another mojito the last one was made well. Then a waiter came by to ask if he was ready to order, Nathaniel smiled and said.”Why yes I will get the Beast Man Curry, no onions please.” He despised onions it was one his least favorite seasonings and food. Hopefully the wait wasn’t to long it wasn’t packed inside, as he scanned the crowd something bothered him.
While enjoying his drink Nathaniel notices that someone is staring at him. The man in question had blond hair and an average face. He didn’t seem to be admiring Nathaniel, he wasn’t a big name mage yet so there’s no way he knows him as a mage. This leaves the alternative that this man either knew his family or was with his family. He wouldn’t want to cause a scene in a bar especially one populated by mages. Smiling Nathaniel waves at the man, if he was going to flirt with death it might as well be in person. Nathaniel wondered how long the man would continue to stare at him, if he came over Nathaniel would greet him with his name. If he did not he would just continue to drink and wait for his food occasionally making eye contact with the man.

Nathaniel smiled as a man walked up next to him he seemed nice enough. He took a second look around the bar he now had the man squinting at him this new arrival, the bar itself was already slippery with the spilled alcohol and melted cubes. Nathaniel didn't feel nearly drunk enough yet to ignore the man behind him so he ordered another drink."I'm going to need a double shot then after that bring me an alligator piss. Don't worry the more I drink the better I tip right?" At his last sentence he gave a gentle nudge to the man who had just walked up to the bar. He didn't want anyone to think that he was different that lead to conflict so for now he would just have to be another man trying to get drunk at a bar. Which is what he intended to do in the first place, the bartender put down his shot and Nathaniel raised it up."To Magnolia what a wonderful town to visit." He tapped it on the bar and slammed it back, grimacing a little at the taste as it warmed his throat.

"I'm Nathaniel, by the way you come here often? Not in a I'm trying to pick you up way but in a platonic way I'm much to tired for that kind of fun tonight." He gave a genuine chuckle at his last sentence thinking of all the different ways he had picked up males and females in a bar. This was not the time for that, he didn't have the money for his kind of fun at least not at the moment. He was trying to save so he could buy a new blade for himself, his swordplay had probably declined for the months of practice he had neglected while traveling through Fiore. Not to mention he was still on the hunt for a Gold Key it hadn't been that long ago since his master had died and left him with only Deneb. He wondered where his master's gold keys had gone, probably to other mages of Fairy Tail a shame he wasn't even close to strong enough to loot Fairy Tail. One day he would be strong enough that even a guild couldn't stop any of his decisions. It was amidst his thoughts that he saw his food come out, he had forgotten he had ordered any at all it seemed so long ago. In reality that much time hadn't of passed but drinking can change perception. It wouldn't be long before Nathaniel's vision was blurry.
