The Magic Council

The Magic Council, those who decide the laws of Fiore and it's actions in war. They each hold a key to activate the Etherion cannon, and represent a different part of the government. Ultimately they answer to the King of Fiore, but other than that they are the highest form of government in the country. They watch over the legal guilds, and track the dark ones.

(Currently all positions are closed to NPC's aside from the one)
