Spell Name: Beast Soul: Talons
Rank: C
Magic Cost: 20 (+10 per each additional turn spell remains in effect)
Type: Take Over – Beast Soul
Element: N/A
Spell Effect: Enables Paloma to transform both of her hands into bird-like talons, giving a boost to physical damage inflicted via hand to hand combat as well as granting her the ability to climb smooth vertical surfaces regardless of whether or not there are handholds.
Duration: 2 turns
Cooldown: 2 turns (+1 per each additional turn spell remains in effect)

Spell Name: Beast Soul – Garuda Arm
Rank: C
Magic Cost: 20 (+10 per additional turn)
Type: Sustained / Support
Element: Take Over
Spell Effect: Paloma transforms either one of her arms (being right handed, it would most likely be her right arm, but circumstance may call for her to use the spell with her left) into that of a bird-like monster known as a Garuda. Her entire arm takes on a yellow-ish hue and over the outside of her forearm, she grows a set of thick scales that act as a sort of bracer which can defend against a single C-Rank spell or two D-Rank spells. Her hand forms into that of a bird's talons, allowing her to grip onto smooth surfaces as well as inflict piercing damage on foes. Most noticeable are the feathers that run along her whole arm, forming a single wing.

Notes: This spell is required in order for Paloma to be able to cast certain spells. This will be stated clearly in the spells that require this transformation.

Cooldown: 3 (+1 per additional turn)

Spell Name: Razor Wing
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10
Type: Offensive
Element: Take Over
Spell Effect: Paloma swings her arm in an arc directed towards her opponent, letting fly a number of razor sharp feathers. There are four feathers in total, each capable of inflicting a quarter of D-Rank damage. If all four hit, the total damage will be equivalent to D-Rank damage.

Notes: The spell Beast Soul – Garuda Arm must be in effect for Paloma to use this spell!

Magic Cost: 10
Type: Offense
Element: Take Over
Spell Effect: Paloma leaps into the air and aims a kick at her opponent while using her magic to morph her foot into that of a bird. The resulting attack is a vicious claw slash.

Cooldown: 2

Type: Support
Element: Take Over
Spell Effect: Paloma's right eye transforms into that of a bird, allowing her to see over greater distances and at greater clarity, increasing her accuracy and detection.

Okay so c ranks spells have a cooldown of 3 turns unless it's teleportation which then doubles. The cooldown would start once the spell fades. As for your D ranks, you're wasting spells by making a Talon over and over again. You can make your C rank Talon spell have sharp claws able to cut at the rank's level. The using a D spell as a sub spell is a great idea, though why have two transformation with little difference? Perhaps merge both your C transformation into one, freeing up a C slot, then also you can give yourself a buff with that transformation.

I made some changes to the Furious Swipe spell so the transformation is applied to one of her feet rather than her hands, for variation. As for the two C-Rank spells... The difference between them is that one of them applies the transformation to just one arm, while the other applies it to both of her hands. Both offer different advantages, as having both hands transformed into talons will enable her to climb smooth surfaces and claw at her opponents, while having a whole arm morphed offers more in terms of defence, due to the scales running up the outside of her forearm, as well as the added spells that transformation has/will unlock, like the Razor Wing spell.
